Acceptance of Terms

Basic requirements for using the badbat platform

By using the badbat website and mobile application, you voluntarily and completely accept these terms and conditions. This agreement creates a legally binding contract between you and badbat. If you are under 18 years old or accessing from a country where online betting is prohibited, you have no right to use this service.

Our platform must be used for personal and recreational purposes only. Use of this service for any commercial or professional purpose is strictly prohibited. If you bet on behalf of or representing a third party, it will be considered a violation of these terms and your account may be immediately terminated.

In addition to these terms and conditions, you must also comply with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and Bonus Terms. All documents together form a complete legal agreement.

Each person may create only one badbat account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all your accounts being closed. We detect multiple accounts using IP addresses, device fingerprints, and payment information. If your previous account has been closed, please contact us before opening a new account.

All information provided during registration must be completely true and accurate. Your name, address, phone number, email, and date of birth will be verified. Providing false information is a breach of this agreement and a legal offense. If any of your information changes (such as address or phone number), you must notify us immediately and update your profile.

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Never share this information with anyone, not even badbat staff. You are fully responsible for anything that happens from your account. If you suspect someone has accessed your account, immediately notify our customer support and change your password.

Account Verification (KYC)

We may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documents to fully activate your account. This may include national ID card, passport, driving license, or utility bill. Your withdrawal request will not be processed until these documents are submitted. KYC is our legal obligation and helps prevent money laundering and fraud.

Betting Rules

Betting Terms to Follow

All bets on the badbat platform are final and cannot be cancelled. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded unless there is a technical error or system mistake which we will verify. You must check the bet details, odds, and amount before placing each bet. You are solely responsible for placing bets.

All sports event results will be determined according to official result providers. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or delayed, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's rules. Generally, if the event does not take place within 48 hours, bets will be voided and stakes refunded.

We reserve the right to impose minimum and maximum stake limits on any bet. These limits may vary depending on sport, event, and bet type. Higher limits may be available for high rollers or VIP players. We may change these limits at any time without notice.

Bet Settlement Disputes

In the event of a bet settlement dispute, our trading team's decision is final. If you wish to query a result, you must notify us within 48 hours of the event concluding. No complaints will be accepted after this period.

Payment Terms

Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

Badbat supports various payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Each method has minimum and maximum deposit limits which we may change at any time. Deposits are usually processed instantly, but in some cases may take 5-10 minutes.

You must complete the KYC process before requesting a withdrawal. You cannot withdraw if your account is not verified. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours. If there is suspicious activity or additional verification is required, it may take longer.

You must withdraw using the same method you used to deposit. This is an international regulation to prevent money laundering. If your deposit method is not available for withdrawal, we will arrange an alternative. All withdrawals are fee-free, though your payment provider may charge fees.

Bonus Abuse and Payment Restrictions

If we detect bonus abuse or suspicious payment patterns, we may suspend your withdrawal and conduct additional investigation. Your account may be temporarily locked during this time. If fraud is proven, all your funds will be confiscated and your account will be permanently closed.

All bonuses come with wagering requirements. This means you must place bets totaling a specified amount to clear the bonus. For example, if you receive a BDT 1,000 bonus with 30x wagering, you must place BDT 30,000 in total bets before withdrawing the bonus. Only specific games and bet types count toward wagering.

Only one bonus can be active at a time. If you claim another bonus without clearing an existing one, the previous bonus will be forfeited. Bonuses have a limited validity period - typically 30 days. If wagering is not completed within this time, the bonus and winnings from the bonus will be confiscated.

Bonus Abuse

Bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or any form of bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. We use advanced software to detect such activity. If caught, all your bonuses and winnings will be confiscated and your account may be closed.

• Collusion or team play (multiple players working together to cheat the system)
• Arbitrage betting (guaranteed profit by exploiting odds differences across different sites)
• Using bots, crawlers, or automated software
• Exploiting site vulnerabilities or bugs
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Harassing or threatening other players or staff
• Copyright or trademark infringement

All content, design, logos, trademarks, and software on the badbat website and mobile app are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, republish, distribute, or use any content commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Badbat's Liability and User Responsibilities

Badbat makes every effort to keep the service uninterrupted, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, server downtime, or maintenance. We are not liable for any losses in such cases.

You are betting voluntarily and at your own risk. Gambling involves financial risk and you may lose. badbat is not responsible for any wins or losses.

Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. The account will be closed after you withdraw any remaining balance. badbat also reserves the right to close or suspend your account at any time without giving a reason.
